Returns:
1) Custom Print on Demand, Personalized- Policy
Products that are custom orders or Print on Demand returns and exchanges are not supported.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, my printing partner offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with us and provide a clear photo showing the issue. We will resolve the issue in a timely way.
2) General Merchandise-Policy
Our policy for merchandise that is not personalized or Custom made/Print on Demand, lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We also cannot offer you a refund or exchange if any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Register the item(s) you wish to return using our online portal.
Products are eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund for up to 30 days following the purchase date.
